A Bit About Me
David Wadsworth - BSc Estate Management
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Following qualification in 1984, David worked in private practice in property investment and finance, both in the City and regional centres, specialising in the retail and office sectors.
In 1998, he formed an office development company which completed over 1 million square feet of buildings over twelve years. During this period, he extensively researched the fledging off-site manufacturing process both in the UK and USA, which led to the formation of Modular 500 Ltd in 2010. He has worked with many of the Uk’s top retail brands and supermarkets, helping design, manufacture and deliver some of the largest modular programmes.
David has extensive experience of off-site fabrication and modern methods of construction, delivery and installation of completed modules and post completion facilities management. He is also very focused on Health and Safety matters, both in the factory and on site.
