Many of our clients contract with Modular500, post-delivery of their units, for on-going maintenance on both reactive and proactive bases, which can include general repairs, regular cleaning and re-branding together with reactive emergency repair work, via our 24-hour call centre. 

We operate a fleet of vans which are fully equipped for general maintenance including access towers for working at height. All our personnel are CITB qualified, and the company holds Safe Contractor and RISQS accreditation.


Having a substantial nationwide support fleet allows for the rapid response to customer needs for reactive and pre-preventative, cost effective maintenance support as well as the ability to reach multiple locations simultaneously, without geographical constraint.
