Deploy

Most of our modules are deployed to site on articulated flat-bed wagons with associated escorts where necessary. 

Our modules are typically designed to be ‘top lifted’ i.e., the unit is craned into position wherever possible by simply attaching the structure to lifting points via lifting eyes on the roof and utilising a HIAB type crane attached to the delivery wagon. 

Our fleet of vans are fully equipped for site installation works, including access towers for working at height, PPE and safety harnesses, lifting eyes and certified tools and equipment. 

All our personnel are CITB qualified and the company holds Safe Contractor, Considerate Contractor and RISQS accreditation for site installation.

Our site activities are governed by The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, with site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) produced for each deployment.
